The consulting rooms at Specialists @Burwood are well located near the intersection of Toorak and Warrigal Roads, at 367 Warrigal Road, Burwood. There is free car parking, entered via Warrigal Road. Dr Gupta performs endoscopy at Glen Iris Private, only 5 minutes walk from Specialists @Burwood at 314 Warrigal Road, Glen Iris. The rooms are conveniently located near the Burwood Village shopping precinct and a stone’s throw from the Burwood Brickworks shopping centre.
Dr Gupta also consults at the new Cabrini Specialist Centre in Hawthorn East (at Level 2, 141 Camberwell Road, near the Rivoli Cinemas and next door to Dan Murphy’s) and also at Holmesglen Private Hospital at 490 South Road, Moorabbin.
We manage all aspects of gastroenterology, hepatology (liver problems) and pancreatico-biliary disease. Dr Gupta has an excellent track record, working as a senior specialist at the Canberra Hospital for the last eight years, however he is pleased to return to his hometown of Melbourne. He has an interest in bowel cancer screening via colonoscopy, and the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease and dyspepsia in particular. Those with a family history of bowel cancer or a past history of colonic polyps are suitable patients. He takes a holistic approach and personalises his recommendations to each patient.
